Everything you need to know about our preserves, ordering, and pickup.
What sweeteners do you use?
We use three natural sweeteners: raw honey, pure maple syrup, and organic cane sugar. Each product uses the sweetener that best complements its fruit. The specific sweetener is listed on every product page and on the jar label.
Are your products sugar-free?
Our products contain no artificial sweeteners and no corn syrup. They are sweetened with natural alternatives (honey, maple syrup, or organic cane sugar). They are not zero-sugar — fruit naturally contains sugar, and we add natural sweeteners in small amounts for flavor and preservation.
How do I place an order?
Browse our products page, choose your jars and sizes (pint or quart), and check out online. We will contact you to arrange a pickup time and location in Utah County.
Do you ship orders?
Not yet. Right now, all orders are available for local pickup in Utah County, Utah. We are working on adding shipping options for the rest of the US. Follow us on Instagram @shopmollymade_ for updates.
How long do the preserves last?
Unopened jars are shelf-stable for up to 12 months when stored in a cool, dark place. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 3-4 weeks. Because we use natural sweeteners and no artificial preservatives, refrigeration after opening is important.
What sizes are available?
Every product is available in two sizes: pint ($12) and quart ($22). Some products occasionally sell out in one size — check the product page for current availability.
Are your products gluten-free?
Yes. All of our preserves are naturally gluten-free. Our ingredients are fruit, natural sweeteners, citrus juice, and spices. We do not add any wheat, barley, rye, or oat products.
Can I buy your preserves as gifts?
Absolutely. Our jars make great gifts, especially during the holidays. Contact us if you want to put together a custom gift set or need a larger quantity for an event.
What is the difference between fruit butter and jam?
Fruit butter is cooked longer and pureed until smooth and spreadable — think apple butter consistency. Jam retains more fruit texture and chunks. Both are delicious; it comes down to whether you prefer smooth or chunky.
